Ashish B. RughwaniPrior to co-founding Dominus Capital, Mr. Rughwani worked with Mr. Binning and Mr. Haswell in the New York office of Quad-C Management, Inc., conducting private equity investments in the middle market. Before Quad-C, Mr. Rughwani was with Bain Capital Partners' Boston and London offices for more than six years where he worked on private equity transactions in North America and Europe across a variety of industries. In addition, he also conducted mezzanine and high yield investments for Sankaty Advisors, Bain Capital's debt vehicle. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Rughwani was a Management Consultant with Bain & Company's Boston and Hong Kong offices where he worked on developing growth and operational turnaround strategies for several multinationals.

Mr. Rughwani received a B.S. degree Summa Cum Laude in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School, a B.S. degree Summa Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
