Our Team
Mr. Galassi joined Dominus Capital in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm, as well as executing post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies. Prior to joining Dominus, Mr. Galassi worked at Financial Technology Partners in New York, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions for public and private fintech companies. Mr. Galassi received a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from the Dyson School at Cornell University.
