Reid M. Balser

Mr. Balser joined Dominus Capital in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm, as well as executing post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies. Prior to joining Dominus, Mr. Balser worked at TM Capital in New York, focusing on mergers & acquisitions for private middle market companies in the Industrials and Business Services sectors. Mr. Balser received a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Finance from the University of Texas and received an M.S. in Commerce with a specialization in Finance from the University of Virginia.
