Seth K. Pribbernow

Mr. Pribbernow joined Dominus Capital in 2023 and currently serves as an Associate. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm, as well as executing post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies. Prior to joining Dominus, Mr. Pribbernow worked in the Diversified Industrials and Services Group at Piper Sandler in Minneapolis, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raises for public and private companies. Mr. Pribbernow received a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
